Mr. Khalid Kafeel Ahmed, the CEO of Zeesoft Pvt Ltd., embarked on his illustrious career as a Programmer at Pakistan Computer Bureau, Cabinet Division, Government of Pakistan. During his tenure from 1st January 1974 to November 1975, he actively participated in software development projects for various government organizations, including Radio Pakistan, Income Tax, and population census initiatives. His exceptional skills and dedication led him to undergo extensive training in FORTRAN-IV, COBOL Census Tabulation systems, ANS COBOL, among others.
On 1st December 1975, Mr. Khalid Kafeel joined the Bureau of Statistics, Government of Punjab, as a Data Processing Officer through Punjab Services Commission. His expertise and commitment saw him climb the ranks to become a Systems Analyst/Programmer. In the late 1980s, he played a pivotal role in pioneering the computerization of result tabulation for the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Lahore. What started as a modest undertaking has now flourished into a comprehensive, modern IT-driven result tabulation system, deployed across all educational boards. Between 1983 and 1987, Mr. Khalid Kafeel served General Machinery Agencies, a reputable Dealer of General Motors USA, in Saudi Arabia as a Programmer. During this period, he underwent specialized training in RPG-II from IBM, Saudi Arabia, and successfully developed and implemented a robust stores inventory system, managing over 50,000 items.
Upon returning to Pakistan in 1987, Mr. Khalid Kafeel ventured into the realm of IT consultancy services for manufacturing industries in Lahore. His versatile expertise led him to develop and implement a wide range of business software solutions in this domain. One of his noteworthy achievements was the implementation of the first Financial Accounting System at Comfort Knitwear (Pvt) Ltd Lahore in 1988, which continues to serve the group to this day, alongside several other modules. Furthermore, Mr. Khalid Kafeel developed a highly sought-after shares accounting system for the Crescent Group, which quickly became a popular solution adopted by numerous Public Limited Companies in Punjab. Through the establishment of M/S Corplink (Pvt) Ltd., this system now caters to the needs of more than 50 companies.
In 2007, Mr. Khalid Kafeel founded Zeesoft (Pvt) Ltd., providing top-notch software solutions to esteemed government and private sector entities. Today, Zeesoft collaborates with seasoned Financial and IT consultants, bringing extensive experience to the table and delivering unparalleled services.
